Policies

  • Check-in: 4:00 pm local time Check-out: 10:00 am local time
  • Minimum age for check-in is 18. Picture ID, major credit card deposit and Confirmation/Hotel Voucher required.
  • Berkshire Mountain Lodge is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Please call the resort to notify of late arrivals.
  • Special Requests (room views, floor level, unit location, etc.) are accepted prior to arrival. Accommodations are based on a first come, first serve basis with no guarantees. The resort will make every effort to honor all requests if available.
  • Pack ‘n Play® and rollaway beds are available on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival.
  • Lounge chairs at the pool are on a first-come, first served basis. Lounge chairs and personal items left unattended for more than 30 minutes will be removed and placed in the resort’s lost and found. The resort is not responsible for any items left unattended for any reason.
  • Guests staying five or more days receive a mid-week service consisting of trash removal and towels exchange. Extra cleaning is available upon request at an additional charge. Please contact the Front Desk directly if you would like this service.
  • Computers and printer are available for use in the Business Center. Wireless service is provided in the rooms.
  • We know that pets are part of the family and select rooms are pet friendly for a fee. Dogs must be less than 35lbs and approval must be given prior to arrival. Please contact the resort directly for more information on documents needed and availability and fees.
  • Designated units meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Please advise the staff of your needs when making reservations so that we can provide you with the best service.
